MORMON SEX SLAVE KIDNAPPER CLONES DOGS
It sounds like something from a tabloid headline writer’s wet dream, but its true! (well we think it is )
Earlier this week the world learnt that a 57 year old woman called Bernann McKinney had cloned her pet dog Booger, a pit bull terrier. She paid a team of South Korean scientists $50,000 to successfully clone her pet, making the five puppies the world’s first cloned canines.
Now its been revealed that 57 year old “Bernann” McKinney is in fact Joyce McKinney who became infamous in the 70s, after she was accused of kidnapping a Mormon in England and using him as a “sex slave”.
According to the papers of the time McKinney, a former beauty queen and cheerleader, had fallen in love with Kirk Anderson, a Mormon missionary, when they were at college together in Utah. When the missionary moved to the UK, a besotted McKinney followed him. In England, she recruited an accomplice, Keith May, and together they kidnapped and drugged Anderson with chloroform as he was going door-to-door in England preaching God’s work. The pair then took the poor Mormon to a 17th century English cottage in Devon, where he was manacled to a bed with mink-lined handcuffs and repeatedly forced to have sex with McKinney. Mckinney later explained that she was keen to have Anderson’s child. She always maintained it was consensual sex.
The newspapers of the day loved the story – “Mormon Sex Slave Case”, “Manacled Mormon”, “Missionary ‘shackled for sex” were some of the headlines.
McKinney and her accomplice were arrested by British police, but fled to Canada before they appeared in court. For the next 30 years Joyce McKinney remained at large and avoided the glare of the worlds press, until this week.
